It not only tries to explain how the myths of Atlantis and the paradise came about, but also illustrates what happens when there are more and more people inhabiting the same spot of land But it start with a climate change that causes a village to be abandoned due to total drought. The inhabitants split into four groups travelling in different directions. One arriving at a salty sea, fatigued and unable to continue except for a young man leaving to scout for better conditions along the beach. On the verge of succombing he stumbles down a hillside and hurts himself badly. He is picked up of nomades, who take care of him. There is no going back and he stays with them, finding a partner whom he invites to start a new life with. This is the beginning of a growing society soon to spoil the environment. Many generations later developing into an organised civilisation with ever increasing population, in the end being enslaved.
